FOOD | TREΔTS: Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

I know you gals can make chocolate-covered strawberries without my help, but isn't it nice to be reminded that you actually DO want to make it... like now?! :]

I do have some tips for you though:
Use a double broiler (or a glass bowl over boiling water) to melt your chocolate.
When you add the chocolate, make sure that you don't add too much at once, because it could come into contact with the strawberries, then prematurely clump due to crystals forming.
Also, dry your strawberries so the chocolate sticks on it.

Just roll the strawberries in the melted chocolate (while the water is still boiling) and let it set.
