Having self-respect is more about what you do, whereas confidence is more about how you feel. Being "thirsty" for attention, or fishing for compliments from others to make you feel good about yourself is the most pathetic thing someone can do. You'll never be able to gain respect from you, and others. The main reason for this post is naked pictures being "leaked" or somehow passed around.

5 Rules On Preventing Humiliation

Rule #1: Keep your body to yourself. Don't send pictures to people you know can't be trusted. Actually, don't send them at all if you're not in a committed affair or if you don't plan on being with them for the rest of your life. I repeat, your pictures will most likely get around.

Rule #2: Practice what you preach. If you're over here trying to sound like the innocent a$$ god that you aren't, don't give advice that you fail at taking yourself.

Rule #3: Know the difference between classy and trashy. If you know that sending naked pictures isn't the right thing to do, then don't do it. Know your wrong's from your right's. C'mon ladies, "act your age not your shoe size."

Rule #4: Telling the person, "If you send these to someone else, I won't talk to you anymore" will not make him listen any more than he already isnt. Most men are dogs, especially the ones that want naked pictures from you. Where is your light bulb, girls? Don't think he cares about what you tell him, because he doesn't. Let a man love you for your inner beauty, not for your body.

Rule #5: Cherish your privacy. Guys love women who have the utmost respect for themselves. They love women who have strong morals, principles, and who aren't easy. No matter who it is, even if he isn't anything to you, he still won't have respect for you the way he does for females that have respect for themselves. Love your body, love yourself.
